What is OSClass premium support?
OSClass premium support is a form of support with a reduced response time, always from a development team member.
What does it include?
- Help with installation, if needed
- Premium support via a dedicated forum
- All available languages are included in the installation
What paid packages exist? What do they include?
There are two paid packages:
- Installation package + 1 month of premium forum access – Oriented to users who want help installing the software. A month of support directly from OSClass core developers is included, because that is the average time to have the installation in perfect order for a non-technical person.
- Installation package + 1 year of premium forum access – Oriented to users who want to install OSClass with the option to have continued support from the OSClass core developers for 1 year.
OSClass installation requires some packages to be installed on the server, so we can only help you if your hosting is compatible with the requirements. If you don’t have hosting, you can use Hosted OSClass.
