Just a brief post to let you know in http://api.osclass.org/ you will find the API documentation created automatically every night with the Doxygen tool from the OSClass sources.
If you intend to create plugins or modify OSClass in any way then this website is a MUST in your bookmarks.
All the classes and functions remain undocumented, but I’m working to solve that.
By the way, next weekend I’ll release a maintenance release with many bugfixes reported by you in the past weeks.

Ey guys! We are moving the forums to http://forums.osclass.org/ to create the community website.
Please start publishing your next message there, cause the older forums will be deleted ASAP.
On this step, and due the increasing interest shown by these users, we are also adding Spanish forums.
Thank you for your understanding,

After a couple of weeks of hard work -at free times-, we have released a new version with many interesting updates.
This is still a gamma release, that means we still have things to improve and features to add before a release candidate.
Remember a release candidate is supposed to be a version with no substantial changes, and we are waiting to the right moment.
Some new features included in this release:
- Support for currencies
- RSS Feed working
- Email customisation
- Better search results and filtering
- New themes and languages (some of them contributed by you!)
- Bugfixes and bugs
Enjoy it!

This is a time-limited offer!
If you are willing to contribute to the OSClass project, this is your week. We are packing the RC1 with the final features (for this version) and we want to include themes and translations from our community.
So, if you are creating a translation or a theme let us know and we will help you to complete the task promptly for deadline.
I remember you that guides for the creation of a theme or a translation are available, and our support forum is sometimes slow but existent

Just one month ago we launched the alpha version with lots of bugs and a reduced set of features. Now, after the great feedback from our users in the support and development forums, we reached the beta state.
Just to mention a few improvements from alpha version:
- Better installation process
- Improved tables with CRUD (Create/Remove/Update/Delete)
- Vertical items. It means you can create categories with special fields (like it happens with cars, houses, jobs)
- New themes (default_new, tauler_cat)
- New plugins: Post to Twitter and Google Maps!
- User registration and profile
- Sitemap and Feed XML generation
- And a lot more!
As in the latest release, you can found the files to download in Google Code and Sourceforge.
The next big announce is gonna be in a quarter. Yes, 15th of march we’ll publish the awaited RC1! Before that, why don’t contribute with a theme or a translation?
If you have a blog, or a Twitter account you can share OSClass with your friends and contacts. Thank you!

Well, with a few hours of delay we have made public at SourceForge the very first files of our project. Ok, it’s true that can contain bugs, security holes and more, but what can you expect of an alpha version?
Please test it and give us feedback soon. The next public release (beta) will be on 1st of March, and the final series of RC (release candidate) starting on 15th of March.
This alpha version has almost everything you may need on an classified website, but with a lot to improve and add during the next couples of weeks. Don’t be shy and participate on the development and support forum.
Enjoy it!

OSClass is soon to release its first public download on 1st of February, and from that date on, we want YOU to join the team. We are looking for volunteers (this is open source, eh!) to design some themes to include in the stable 1.0 release branch. You fit our expectations as a designer if you can make a good looking (X)HTML page using only CSS and a few or no images. Interested? Visit our Google development group and drop us a message. Thanks!
